Weekly Rental Rates
(i.e. 3 or more days up to 2 full weeks)

SuperBowl 2007 Rate: $4000./week plus 11 percent combined bed and sales tax (negotiable)

In season (November 1 - April 30), holidays and during special events
(i.e. Orange Bowl, Super Bowl, World Series, Boat Show, etc.):
$1995./week plus 11% tax (combined sales and bed tax).

Off season (May 1 - October 31):
$1555/week plus 11% tax.

• Three weeks rentals receive a 10% discount off the applicable (i.e. in or off season) weekly rental rate.
• Four week rentals receive a 15% discount off the applicable weekly rental rate.

A $1500 refundable (or to be applied against the total due excluding
tax) security deposit will be required upon booking both in-season and
off season. In addition to the refundable security deposit, there will be a $100 non-refundable cleaning fee required at the time of the reservation.
